Stunning location, within short walking distance of everywhere.

Thanks for making our stay a good experience. The food is savoury and good. The location is perfect and unbeatable, it's near to the lake from the public beach 500m away, the public beach and the seaside.

The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes from the ferry wharf.

Located just outside the city walls, so you do not run into the narrow alleys of the town. The food (except breakfast) are good. /////// Hotellet ligger precis utanför stadsmuren, så man slipper köra in I de trånga gränderna I stan. Maten (ej frukosten) är god.

In english: warning: At this hotel lives almost only older people (over 70 years). The atmosphere is like a retirement home, it smells hospitals, old people walking around with their walking frames and in the dining room they sit and press in the pill after pill. The pool is a sulfate pool in which you're only allowed to swim for 20 minutes at a time and you have to shower before and wear a bathing cap. Thus, the entire hotel reeks of sulphate (smells like boiled eggs). "The beach" is actually a small bridge and the water is very cold. The breakfast is beneath contempt, watery coffee and tea, sugary juice, dry bread. The booking is also beneath contempt: We had booked a deluxe room. When we arrived we were told that the hotel was full and they booked us at another hotel in town. We had booked this hotel just to avoid having to take us into town which is not really made for cars. Now we still have to take us into town. The hotel they booked for us was also no beach, we had intended to swim and sunbathe. We felt very unhappy when we got there so we went back to Hotel Fonte Boiola and said we did not want to live there. Then they told that there was a room available at their hotel, but it was a price range lower than the one we booked. We had to make do with it. Do not go here if you want to swim or to have it nice! /////////// på svenska: varning: på detta hotell bor nästan endast äldre människor (över 70 år). Stämningen är som på ett ålderdomshem; det luktar unket sjukhus, gamla människor vandrar omkring med sina rullatorer och I matsalen sitter de och trycker I sig piller efter piller. Poolen är en sulfatpool som man endast får bada I 20 minuter I taget, man måste duscha innan och bära badmössa. Således stinker hela hotellet av sulfat (luktar som kokt ägg). "Stranden" är I själva verket en liten brygga och vattnet är mycket kallt. Frukosten är under all kritik, blaskigt kaffe och te, sötsliskig juice, torrt bröd. Bokningen är också under all kritik.

We had a FINE trip at this lake hotel. Beautiful location, the property was opposite a boat dock. The restaurant here was nice, we both ordered tasty dishes. Nice place to visit, didn't want to leave.

The fantastic views and its location.

It seemed to be particularly catering for older guests, especially those using the spa.

The rooms were comfy, especially those with a stunning view and separate beds, for example. There was good food, the staff was wonderful: D

The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food, and the hotel is wonderfully situated in a well-maintained area near charming restaurants and shops as well as the beautiful shores of Lake Garda.

The central location is convenient, with a short 15-minute walk to the bus stop, and the wake-up service in the suite was a pleasant surprise.

We had a beautiful room overlooking the lake witha lovely large balcony.

The staff were abrupt to the point of rudeness. I felt that as they were checking us in and out, they felt like they were doing us a favour.

I have stayed in this Hotel few times now. Excellent location. Lovely pool by the lake. As usual the staff are very nice.

This place is situated in a lovely, beautiful location in a very nice area.

The spa is very nice, the room are clean

We forgot the swimsuit and we bought it at the front desk... 43 euros... crazy...
